36 weeks pregnant with strange pains here and there

	ok i am 36 weeks pregnant and have been getting strange pains sense i turned 35 weeks, i get these pains in my lower stomache and back area and sometimes real bad pains in and around my vagina area, whats going on and is this normal?

These are uterine contractions that start from the 20th week of pregnancy, but their frequency and intensity increases as the pregnancy progresses. The contractions during labor are intense and of a longer duration. You can also experience back pain and abdominal discomfort due to the increasing size of the uterus.
