	Dear doctor. i'm 26 yrs old married woman.we want to concieve since two yrs. but not conceived yet now.all check ups are taken. Not health related problems detected to me and my husband. ovulation peroid are correct and i tried every method.Please tell me whats the reason.

One of the most common reasons is low level of progesterone which is mainly caused due to corpus leuteum insufficiency. Other reasons can be anomalies of reproductive organs like absence or immature ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus etc. Hyperprolactinemia can also prevent pregnancy. However sometimes there are no reasons and even though everything is normal couple cannot conceive. This is known as psychological reason.
