Decidual bleeding or a miscarriage

	I have been trying to get pregnant and this month I had an unusual "period". It was 4 days early and started with a sudden flow of blood(like i had peed my pants) I only bled for a day then it stopped and then a day later started back up lightly and ended that day. I also noticed big pieces of uteris lining in the blood. I have been very moody all month and my breast are tinder. I urinate frequently and my appitite has increased. I feel like I have the flu all the time. My senses have increased and I sneeze alot. I was hoping to be pregnant until I got my period then I knew I wasn't. Then I heard about decidual bleeding and how during the first trimester it is possible to bleed. It is now 10 days after I started my period and my symtoms are all still there. I am so confused, was I pregnant and had a miscarriage or am I still pregnant?

Symptoms of miscarriage are vaginal bleeding, pelvic pain and presence of tissue in the discharge. It is best that you have this evaluated by your OB-GYNE for proper management. A complete physical and pelvic examination as well as some tests ( ultrasound , blood tests, etc) are important in determining the underlying cause.
