Having Cramps but no perion & even test is negative

	Dear Doc i am having a daughter 5 yrs old. My date was on 21 Sep but i was missed it on the same day i did a test it was negative. but daily i having cramps feeling like having a period and also a white discharge from vaginal. on 24 sept agin i have yellowish discharge having a feeling of period. Please tell me am i pregnant.

	Answer by Dr. Namita Shrivastava (doctor) on Thu 24, Sep 2009 12:49pm: Hi If you do a urine pregnancy test on same day of missed period it will be negative only. It is positive after 7- 10 days of missed period.So for confirmation do a repeat test of pregnancy. Regarding yellowish discharge consult a gynecologist, it may be because of vaginal infection like candida or bacterial vaginosis.Hope this helps.
