	Hi My teenage daughter started her meses three months back.He had it almost for 12 days.N after dat since the alast three months she has not had her periods. chances of pregnacy are not at all there.what should I do?

	Answer by Dr Bhupinder K, MD (doctor) on Wed 08, Sep 2010 08:17pm: Hello, Near menarche i.e the beginning of periods, one has premenstrual symptoms(tension,irritability,food cravings,breast soreness,thigh and abdominal pain,bloating and flare up of acne) followed by scanty or light bleeding which may be brown to bright red in color. This irregularity will occur for a few cycles and then it will become regular bleeding for 3-5 days every month. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and regards.
