	I am 40 years old and one day after my period I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend.This is the week before my period and usually my nipples and my breasts feel heavy,this time there are no such indicators, could I be pregnant?

The only way to know the confirmed cause is a clinical examination by an OBG specialist and if required an ultrasound examination. You could take a urine pregnancy test at home - that would only help a week after you have missed your periods. You should get a blood test for beta HCG levels which would confirm or rule out a pregnancy. This is confirmatory for pregnancy in cases where the urine pregnancy test kit is not helpful. Regards.
