	I am a 45 yr old female my tubes are tied clipped and burned this was done in 1990 I just re-married my new husband wants a baby is it possible for me to get pregnant. this has been bothering me for a while now please give me some advice

The other option is to retrieve the eggs from the ova and fuse it with a sperm by in vitro fertilization and then implant it in the uterus for further growth.I would suggest you to discuss this option with your gynecologist.
