Hi, first let me clear you about pregnancy, the act you have described cannot make you pregnant. To get
pregnant the sperm has to reach vagina and if you are with clothes, sperm cannot get entry into the vagina.
Now the difference between implantation bleeding and menstruation lies in the nature of vaginal discharge.
During menstruation the bleeding is heavy and last for at least three days and is red in colour, while in
implantation bleeding it is spotting which is pinkish or brownish in colour and occur for one or two days and
happens before 2-7 days prior to menstruation. Stress can alter your normal period and due to the examination
stress you are experiencing a change in normal menstrual pattern. Hope this helps. Best regards.
