	I am confused and scared BETWEEN IMPLANTATION and MENSTURATION. i had dry sex on 30th oct (no form of intercourse and i was wearing my panties on but he CUMMED INBETWEEN MY LEGS JUST BELOW MY PANTY )i normally hav a 31-32 day cycle.for the past 6 months have been getting my cycle on the 9th of every month or 10th . during november i got my cycle on the spot 9th with the as usual symptoms of mensturation. i normally hav a cycle of MOSTLY 3days RARELY 4 days. this time i had my cycle for 2.5 days from( 9th 1 am to DE 11th 1:30 pm)normally it goes till the nyt on the 3rd day but this time it ENDED IN THE AFTERNOON ended in the afternoon on the 3rd day.I hav absolutely no symptoms of pregnancy and my bleeding was dark brown for 5 mins and after that i had a heavy flow for 1 whole day and nyt ( de whole of 9th and til lik 7:30 am on the 10th)and after that it became medium and then it gradually reduced. the colour except for de first 5 mins was OTHERWISE bright red in colour and was thick blood lik how i normally get. I HAD OVULATED DURING OCT BETWEEN 23RD AND 26TH AS MY MUCOUS DISHARGE WAS high on 23rd oct to 26th.PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND IF I HAD IMPLANTATION BLEEDING OR MY REGULAR CYCLE.THIS MONTH I HAD MY EXMS DURING MY CYCLE AND SO WAS VERY STRESSED AND HARDLY SLEEPT BEC OF THE EXAMS. To get pregnant the sperm has to reach vagina and if you are with clothes, sperm cannot get entry into the vagina. Now the difference between implantation bleeding and menstruation lies in the nature of vaginal discharge. During menstruation the bleeding is heavy and last for at least three days and is red in colour, while in implantation bleeding it is spotting which is pinkish or brownish in colour and occur for one or two days and happens before 2-7 days prior to menstruation. Stress can alter your normal period and due to the examination stress you are experiencing a change in normal menstrual pattern. Hope this helps. Best regards.
