	I am having a discharge problem. The discharge is clear and only present when I wipe myself after using the restroom. I wear pantiliners because I always feel like I am wet or too moist. The discharge has a foul odor, slightly kinda of fishy. I have been to the planned parenthood twice for a check up in the last 5 months and received a clean bill of health. Could they have missed something? I have limited to no itching inside but will have occasional itching on the inside of my thighs if I wear well fitted jeans. I am not sexually active and have not been for 8 months now. HELP!

	Answer by Dr Veena, MD (doctor) on Thu 12, Mar 2009 06:04am: Clear discharge, foul smelling odour and itching all suggest that there is infection. It could be either routine UTI or STD. But your symptoms are more suggestive of Chlamydia infection. So, it would be better to get a STD panel done and visit your OB/GYN.
