	I have been TTC since 10 months. Currently, I am on CD 27 and my average cycle is approx 30 days (smallest cycle 25 days and largest cycle 37 days). I have been experiencing a mild lower back ache, expecially near the spine and since CD 22, I have been passing red to brownish red clots whenever I urinate. Otherwise, there is no staining in my underwear. I also feel mild cramps occasionally. I have not taken an HPT this cycle so far, since I planned to wait until my period is actually due. I would like to know whether there is an indication of pregnancy or any other possible problem for which I should consult a gynecologist. Please advise.

If it is positive you will need to do a scan to see if everything is ok. If test is negative , then you may get your periods after a few days of premenstrual spotting. You may repeat the test after 7 days if necessary. An ectopic pregnancy needs to be ruled out by doing a scan. Consult a gynaecologist & take care.
