	I have been having abdominal cramps and migraines on and off for about a fortnight now and i am now getting a thick white glue like discharge which i have never had before. My period is due in about a week and my partner and i are trying to get pregnant. is this anything to be worried about

Abdominal cramps may be due to hormonal imbalance, infection or structural problems with your cervix or uterus ( polyps, endometriosis, fibroids, etc). Have this evaluated further by your gynecologist for proper management. Your complete medical history, pelvic examination and some tests will help determine the underlying cause.
