	I have had my tubes cut and tied for 8 years, I was recently started on seasonique back in January, I recently have found out that I might of had a miscarriage, can pregnancy after 8 years of having tubaligation a possibility

	Answer by Dr Veena, MD (doctor) on Wed 11, Mar 2009 11:18am: Seasonique is primarily used for contraception, but is also useful in treating dysmenorrhea, heavy bleeding, ovarian cysts, fibroadenomas of breast etc. It is also used as a preventive measure in malignancies of female genital organs. The common side effects of this drug are bleeding and spotting in between periods. Also, chances of getting pregnant after tubal ligation is very rare.
