I just want real info on how to get pregnant i mean the steps that need to be done that really make dreams come true and that is having a baby.

	how can i improve my chances of getting pregnant? what i have been doing is taking prenatal vitamins, having sex one day before off period or either right after. depends on how heavy i might do it on my period am i going in the right direction to achieve my goal?

In a woman with 28 day cycle, ovulation occurs on Day 14. So if you have intercourse around that time your chances of pregnancy are more. Having intercourse just before and after period will not help in getting pregnant. If you could tell me duration of your menstrual cycle then I will be able to tell you exact days when you can have intercourse in order to get pregnant. Hope this helps!
