I'm not sure if it could be pregnancy...????? let me explain..

	I usually have heavy periods. This month, my period came probably on time, maybe a little early, and it was lighter than usual. It was like this for about 2 days then I had unprotected sex (he pulled out to ejaculate) with my fiance in the shower and now (the next day) IT IS GONE 100%. My period usually lasts at least 7-8 days. It has NEVER stopped early or gotten light early. I RARELY get cramps or any discomfort during my period and this time around I have had such terrible stomach and abdominal pains, discomfort, gas and cramps. My breasts are enlarged and sore (usual, not too concerned about that). About 8 hours later, I can see here is some LIGHT, VERY LIGHT spotting there(2-3 light pink almost clear pink drops). Am I pregnant?? What is going on??

I have to rule out in your case if it might not have been a missed abortion, you would have conceived during your previous intercourse after the previous period and then had some bleeding due to threatened or missed abortion and as you are sure that this bleeding preceded your time of this period. Go for Beta HCG estimation and you have to visit a Gynaecologist to take it forward. History of case is very important. Last Period date? No of days of menstruation? Sexual intercourse after that on what date? Bleeding for how many days? What caused this? Please come back to us on further queries.
