Is there a possibility that I may be pregnant or something else

	I have been trying to get pregnant for some time but have had troubles. I started feeling period symptoms two weeks before I started my cycle, which was more painful than normal and now that it has ended I still feel like I have it. Tender and heavy breasts, cramping, bloating, fatigue and minor body & muscle aches. Should I be concerned? Is there a possiblility that I may be pregnant and not know?

Although the early signs of pregnancy includes some of the symptoms you have been experiencing along with missed period, fatigue, implantation bleeding, sore breasts, frequent urination and nausea and vomiting. The stress you have been going through of trying to conceive a child may also have effects with your hormonal balance and may be the reason for what you have been experiencing.
