Hi,
Aside from pregnancy, absence of menstruation may be due to hormonal changes, structural problems ( presence
of polyps, etc), thyroid problems, or stress. You can have the more accurate serum HCG test to rule out
pregnancy. If it persists, have this evaluated further by your gynecologist for proper diagnosis and
management. Complete physical examination and some tests will determine the underlying cause. Take care and
best regards.
