	Myself and my partner have been trying for a baby with no success. I have been of the pill since October and have had no luck so far. My partner is 42 and I am 31. I am on daily medication for hayfever, high blood pressure and heartburn. Is there any advice you could give me that would improve our chances?

Some methods to determine this fertile period include observation of your cervical discharge, your basal temperature, and there are available kits in the market. You and your partner may also see your gynecologist or be referred to a specialist in reproductive healt to rule out infertility. Take care and best regards.
