answer this since your the one who has been answering my questions apart from the last one. I had periods on 11th July 2010
had sex on 18th July &24th July had sex with a condom but it broke,took Postinor 2,both tablets after one hour
&started bleeding from 25-27th July. Had sex again on 1st August and well around 24th August i decided to have a
pregnancy test and it was positive. On 22nd September i did my first ultrasound and it revealed 8weeks 4days,the doc asked me
when my LMP were and i said 25th July since thats the last time i saw blood. My confusion is that the GA age is always
determined from the last period right? So did i get pregnant on the act of 1st August or was the GA counted from 25th July
because i got pregnant from the act of 24th July despite taking P2 and bleeding? My ultrasound report read:
The uterus is enlarged in size &contains a single gestation sac,within the sac,there's a yolk sac &a foetal
pole,the CRL of the fetus is 20mm corresponds to maturity of 8wks 4days,it shows normal cardiac of 171/min,cervix is
closed,both ovaries are normal &my EDD is 1st May 2011. What did the bleeding after P2 mean? Pls just help me pinpoint
when i likely conceived or on which act i likely got pregnant. Dr.Shipra u said that P2 is 99%effective esp since i bled. I
also want to know how GA was calculated and if its true that if the GA is 8weeks u should minus 2weeks of conception so in
the real sense its 6weeks?
