Pain in adomen implantationp

	My husband and I are ttc. My ovulation occured on the 6 or 7 of April. Yesterday I started having episodes of really bad pain in my front lower abdomen. The pains were so bad a couple of times that I could not stand awhile. Is this implantation or is it something else?

	Answer by Dr Bhupinder K, MD (doctor) on Thu 16, Apr 2009 11:44pm: Hello, Implantation occurs around 8-9 days after ovulation.So these cramps can be due to implantation.But if the pain increases in intensity or is accompanied by nausea,bleeding or dizziness then pls consult a gynecologist immediately and get ectopic pregnancy ruled out.
