	Could I be pregnant? Plan B- early march Last 3 periods- Feb 19, March 17, April 13 Still no May period- its been 31 days. and Ive never really been late. However, I have been hardcore studying for a huge exam in the second week of may. but that was prly after ovulation... Sex with condoms, and no breakage: Apr 25, May 1, 3, and 9 May 11-3 brown spots May 12- Felt like i was discharging blood but it was white discharge. Could I be pregnant? Felt nauseas in the past few days but not today, but i have a bit of a headache. Has this happened to anyone else and how did it turn out? What is your opinion on my spotting?

	Answer by Dr Rowena S, MD (doctor) on Thu 14, May 2009 12:16am: Hi, Some of the more common causes of spotting or bleeding between periods include: hormonal fluctuations, stress, possible abortion, low thyroid levels, undiagnosed vaginal infections or from certain medications. I recommend that you have a pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy and if the spotting, nausea and headache persists, have this evaluated further by your gynecologist for proper management.
