Respected doctor. I am 30years old a married womam.I am fail to be pregnant tillright now.the shape of my uterus is abnormal and fellopian tubes are partiallyblockage.Please tell me that i will be blessed with a child in future or not.

	Asked by neetusingh (Female; 30; HSG REPORT-1-UTERINE CAVITY-shows arcuate uterine cavity,with normal position with irregular shaped filling defect inlower middle endometrial cavity with irregular outline.2-Cervical canal shows mild irregular caliber with residual contrast.3-FOLLOPION TUBES- RT TUBE-only proximal tube is visualised shows irregular out line no peritoneal spills so tube is blocked in middle. 	Answer by Dr Sanjivani Wanjari (doctor) on Mon 06, Sep 2010 12:10am: Hi Neetu, you have two options , looking at your findings. 1) do a laparoscopy to confirm the findings . Arcuate uterus will not cause much of a problem. The tubes if they are blocked, can probably be opened at laparoscopy. 2) in case the tubes are really blocked, you may have to take help of IVF , in order to conceive. Consult an infertility expert.
