Should I take Plan B after having unprotected sex on the day I took my 7th Sprintec pill?

	Asked by futureveterinarian (Female; 19; 45924; No long-term medications or allergies, last medications/vaccines received was 1st dose of guardasil and flu shot in late September. ; Relevant drugs:Began Tri-Sprintec on Oct 18 (Sunday) at 1pm and have taken pills religiously since. ) on Sat 24, Oct 2009 06:22pm
	I had unprotected sexual intercourse today (Saturday Oct 24) in which the withdrawl method was used in conjunction with Tri-Sprintec. I only began Tri-Sprintec on Oct 18 (Sunday) at 1pm and have taken pills religiously since. The Sunday I started the pill was the first day of my period and my period ended Tuesday morning. I took the 7th pill today an hour after I had intercourse for the first time, and we had intercourse multiple times between noon and 6 pm, though he never ejaculated inside me. I realize that the withdrawl method is not an approved form of contraception, so I was wondering if I should take the morning after pill tomorrow at 10 am, or if I could double up my birth control for a few days, as my roommate also has Tri-Sprintec that she is not going to use and offered to me. My Question is: are my chances of getting pregnant great enough that I should use a Plan B method? I am in college now and CANNOT afford to get pregnant!

Any contraceptive pills will take some cycles to regularize in your body and be effective and they never give your 100% protection. I had sex with my fiance this evening before I just was reminded of the fact that I missed it and took it which is now several hours later than my usual time.... should I consider and emergency contrceptive?
