Urgent question. Help!

	I had a medical abortion on 13th June and was bleeding for two weeks. I got my periods on the 15th of July and then on the 17th of august. Today is the 1st sept, that is a week after I finished with my periods i've started to bleed again today. What could this possibly mean? What causes it? Is it something serious?

You would need to get an ultrasound abdomen done to rule out any retained products of conception that is an ultrasound would help confirm that the abortion was complete.
