Wanting to get pregnant after pulmonary embolisms and PCOS?

	Hi, I am a 35 year old woman who has PCOS... I have 2 teenage daughters 18 and 15 but would like to have another child. I also have had pulmonary Embolisms due to the use of birth control pills back when I was 29... My question to you .... Is it safe to ever get pregnant again after this? thank You, H. C.

It's like inviting an unwanted complication.
