	been o HRT for 2 years aged 55 no periods or about 5 years recent tummy cramps like a period and a slight dark brown discharge do I NEED to go to my G.P.

Side effects of HRT include breast tenderness, nausea, headaches, leg cramps, irregular bleeding, weight gain and bloating. If this is the first time that it occurred after 2 years of HRT, have this evaluated further by your doctor for proper management and to rule out any underlying cause.
