could i be pregnant??? gyn and obst.

	could i be pregnant? Had cycle Jan.4 then had unprotected sex with boyfriend Jan. 17 and 18. he did not pull out on the 17 did on the 18 but immediately went back in me. According to ovulation chart the 16-21 are considered my fertile days. The 24 i spotted (brownish/reddish) today the 25 i am still bleeding but not enough to wear anything. It is worse when i use the bathroom. Could i be pregnant or is this just my cycle again?

	Answer by Dr Bhupinder K, MD (doctor) on Tue 27, Jan 2009 08:45am: Hello, As you had intercourse on the 18th which was around your ovulation days and it was an unprotected intercourse,so pregnancy is possible.The bleeding that you are having can be due to implantation bleeding also which occurs approx 1 week after conception.Anything can be confirmed only after pregnancy testing.i suggest a urine for pregnancy and serum pregnancy test.
