early spotting 2 days before my period last month, lasted for 10 days,i have pregnancy symptoms but 3 negative test results and have started bleeding 2 weeks before menstrual cycle should begin

	i spotted 2 days before my menstrual cycle last month and lasted for 10 days of light brown spotting but have had pregnacy symptoms like vomitting, nausea, headaches, bloating, and tender breasts but i started spotting again this month and have received a menstrual cycle but took 3 pregnancy tests and all were negative.what is this?

Irregular bleeding or spotting may be due to hormonal fluctuations, possible miscarriage, use of oral contraceptives, low thyroid levels, undiagnosed vaginal infections, and also stress. I recommend that you have this evaluated by your gynecologist for proper management. Your medical history of spotting is significant.
