Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like this pain is related to the ovarian cyst because it disappears when you have
your menstrual cycle. Menstrual cycles may be normal at first and then gradually become irregular, or the
onset of menses may be delayed. The menstrual irregularities in ovarian cysts are accompanied by a lack of
ovulation, so affected women may experience infertility. Pregnancy occurs only during the time of ovulation.
Ovulation is the release of a single, mature egg from a follicle that developed in the ovary. It usually
occurs regularly, around day 14 of a 28-day menstrual cycle. The best timing of intercourse in order to
conceive is day 10, 12, 14 and 16 (in case of late ovulation) of a 28 day cycle. So pregnancy can occur 10
days after menstruation. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and regards.
