frequent periods-pregnancy symtoms but no tubes-can feel when I ovulate and clear liquid comes from breast- what is it?

	Asked by maso7 (Female; 30; 10648; 3 csections before 21 tubal reversal at 3rd healthy baby, tubal reversal at 27, 2 ectopic pregnancies that resulted in both tubes removed. Invitro that did not take, 2 transfered at day 4 with cellcount at 8 each.Now after 6 months of eing sex. active. period comes 7/29(5days) then 8/16 (3 days) and then 9/7(brown spotting) Lots of pregnancy symptoms sore breast, clear liquid gushes when pressure applied, vomittting with cweertain smells, urinating 2 times a night, lower back pain and a weird round belly but harder up top by ribs and softer at botttom near incision, not like my pg bellies. but all think i am pg because it is round and looks like about 5-6 months. I don't have insurance to see a doctor for 3 months still but am worried that maybe I need to see a dr sooner. ; Relevant drugs:none, only pg vitamins since that failed ivf, no caffeine, no drugs, no alchohol ) on Mon 08, Sep 2008 12:22pm
	30yrs old, 3 healthy kids, healthy pregnancies, tubal lig. pomeroy at 21 reversal aat 27 3 ect. preg resulting in removal of both tubes, failed invitro at 29 about 6 months ago. Regular periods until July. on 7/29 i get 4-5 day period, then on Aug 14 i get a lighter period of 3 days and then on September 7 i bleeb dark bron very light period. Why? No money to have labwork or see a doctor unless I go to er. Every women in fathers family has gotten breast cancer before 38 yrs old, any correlation? I get nauseated, throw up, frequent urinating,extremely sad bouts of crying from time to time, but pregnancy would be miracle( not likely) could it be menopause or what I am in fear but can't afford a dr and labwork and treatment. I am only thrity and don't know what my body is telling me. Everyone asks if I am pregnant because my belly is round and hard but from the top around like 6 months pg, but it is sad to say not possible, what to do? i don't want to be in the change yet, I hope to try invitro again some day when my finances change. Working hard but worried about my present health? Please respond

Such natural signs as amenorrhoea or menstrual cessation, morning sickness, tender breasts, and weight gain may all be present. Usually, the patient is convinced that she is pregnant and abdominal distension is the most common physical symptom of pseudocyesis. The abdomen expands just like in pregnancy, so that the patient looks pregnant. This is thought to be caused by buildup of gas, fat, feces, or urine and often resolve under general anesthesia and the woman's abdomen returns to its normal size. The second most common physical sign of pseudocyesis is menstrual irregularity. It is thought that an intense desire to become pregnant, or an intense fear of becoming pregnant, can create internal conflicts and changes in the endocrine system, which may explain some of the symptoms of pseudocyesis. Stress could also be another factor. The use of ultrasound is the most successful in demonstrating that there is no pregnancy and show the cause of the abdominal distension..
