	i have a heart shaped uterus and i am 12 weeks pregnant and i might be having twins . i havent been to the doctor yet and i am worried about losing the pregnancy. any advice

If you could be specific about other symptoms like bleeding per vagina, abdominal pain or Blood clots passing from the vagina, would have helped us for proper evaluation. About the twin pregnancy, an investigation like USG abdomen is required. So I would suggest you to consult your gynecologist, as you need to undergo a complete physical, radiological, and hematological examinations for proper conclusion.
