If you have difficulty in conceiving then you should consult a Doctor for an evaluation. You will need to get investigated. You may start with basic investigations like – basic scan, ovulation study, hormonal assay & semen analysis. Further testing of fallopian tubes may be done by HSG or laparoscopy. Hope this helps.
