how soon after an abotion can I get pregnant?

	I had an abortion by pill about 9 days ago, I have been bleeding since then, but everyday is decreasing, now is just like my period,even less. I haven't started taking birth control pills yet and yesterday I had sex with my boyfriend, he came outside, but still I am very worried, I want to know if I could get pregnant again, and what can I do? can I take the emergency pill? I've heard if you take 2 birth control pills works like the emergency pill, so I took 2 this morning,I have the follow up appointment this week but I don't think I could wait until then to ask the doctor, so please could you give me some advice?

What ever drugs you mentioned all of then are hormones and have the capability of changing the biological system in your body. So it necessary to be cautious before taking any of these drugs. Coming to medical abortion is a form of early abortion caused by the combination of two medications, mifepristone and misoprostol that is an option for women who are 8 weeks pregnant or less. As each woman's body is different, bleeding varies from woman to woman. Some may experience light bleeding much like spotting towards the end of a menstrual period. Others have heavier bleeding like their regular menstrual period, or like a heavy period. So, there is nothing to worry in that case. A follow-up exam is scheduled for two weeks later to make sure the process is complete. In the present situation what you can do is just wait for two weeks and get a home pregnancy test done, depending upon the results treatment can be taken.
