	i came off of oral contraception (combined pill) three months ago to try for a baby i have been having 16-17 day cycles and have had spotting for 5-6 days i have done a first response pregnancy test which showed a negative result i am on day 26 of this cycle assuming that this spotting is not a period. Could you advise what may be the cause of this please? Thanks

Now your period has not regularized and it will subsequently. I suggest you to take iron and folic acid and have proper sleep and stress free living. With balanced lifestyle and healthy living you will regularize your periods and you will get pregnant if everything is normal. Take care!
