i have a yellow and white discharge and its not an infection

	my periods are irregular i dont start my periods start every 64 days and it last about 5 days for the past 5 weeks i have been discharging pall yellow it does not burn or itch a egg white every now and then and its getting heiver each week i have all so been getting sick when i eat and i all so have been getting light pains in my stomach and left rib and i get light headed or shaky every now and then i have no energy and i have been trying to get pregnant for the last 7 months i took a pregnancy tests but it came out negative could i be pregnant and it still be negative? i all so went to my OBGYN to see if i have an infection i had no fungal infection or bacterial infection she could not find any infection at all she also checked my iron and checked to see if i was anemek they both was negative i get a new symtom every week know one seems to be able to answer my questions please help

	Answer by Dr Bhupinder K, MD (doctor) on Mon 06, Jul 2009 01:50am: Hello, The egg white discharge can be due to ovulation or changes in hormones in menses.If the gynecologist has ruled out any fungal or bacterial infection,then infections have been ruled out.The constant tiredness can be due to anemia,chronic fatigue syndrome,hypothyroidism, disorders of the hypothalamus,psychiatric disorders like depression and sleep-related breathing disorders.Pls consult a physician for this.
