You should do pregnancy test with kit or blood tests to confirm a pregnancy. You might be having abdominal pain and lower back pain due to many causes like muscle cramps, may be due to bowel gas, muscle spasms of back region, indigestion, urine infection etc and not necessarily due to pregnancy.Don't be scared but face it and if pregnancy test comes negative take some antispasmodics and PPI and refer a consultant surely.
