	Answer by Dr Rowena S, MD (doctor) on Sat 07, Mar 2009 07:15pm: Using Naegele's Rule, a standard way of calculating the due date for a pregnancy, you add 1` year to your last menstruation period(LMP)and subtract 3 months and add 7 days to that date. This approximates to the average normal human pregnancy which lasts 40 weeks from the LMP. (ref: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naegele%27s_rule). So if you think you conceived in september, this is roughly around May next year. However, you need to know the first day of your last menstruation to be exact.
