	immediately after i urinate,my vagina itches and irritates ne for like about 2minutes before it stops.and anytime i put my fingers deep down into my vagina to like scratch,i always see white substances.this has been happening to me for like two weeks now.

This usually presents with itching and burning in the vagina and around the vulva; a white vaginal discharge that may look like cottage cheese; pain during sexual intercourse or swelling of the vulva.
