likelihood of getting pregnant?

	how likely is it to get pregnant from oral sex where the vagina and penis were in contact buh the penis was not inserted into the vagina, cum and pre-cum were around the vagina tho......is it still likelyy if the gurl is still a virgin and her last period was about 13 days ago? i mean if sperm did happen to enter her...would it survive long enough for her to be pregnant?

(The sperm swims to the ovum and the fertilization usually takes place in the fallopian tube. ) You can only get pregnant during the ovulation which is around 14th day from the day you have bleeding during menstruation. 10th to 18th day of period are considered unsafe days.
