missed period negative test

	my last period was on 14th february 2009, my cycle is 32 days, i have done two preganacy tests that detect 10mIU, they were cheap tests. my breasts are swoller and nipples are tender buti have not noticed any colour change. what should i do now and what is the likelyhood i am pregnant i started spotting last week but not much and my period would have normally started by now. my history is that we have been trying to concieve for 18 months, when i came off the contreceptive pill by periods were irregular , alhough they have settled down since may 2008 myself and my husband were both born premature and i have had no health issues caused by this, my husband had undecended testicles that he had surgery on when he was an infant. would there be any fetility issues caused by this. last month i did a ovultion test and when i got a positive result we ensured that we had intercourse several times i dont know whether to visit my Gp or wait a few weeks, or should i do anothe pregnancy test. regards lm

	Answer by Dr Noopur S, MD (doctor) on Sat 28, Mar 2009 05:01am: The best course of action would be is to do a repeat home pregnancy test. Undescended testes are common in premature babies. There is a reduction in fertility rate in men who had undescended testes which was corrected by surgery. If the pregnancy test is negative I would suggest you to get a complete fertility exam done of your husband to rule out issues from his side.
