Hello catfish, Metformin is an excellent medicine and often the drug of choice for women with Hyperinsulinamia and polycystic ovarian disease who are anovulatory and infertile.Metformin causes ovulation and pregnancy. It does cause menstruation. The action is good and may take 3-4 months depending on the insulin level. Best
