The treatment depends on the degree of curvature, some curving of the penis is normal. Diseases such as
hypospadias, epispadius, Peyronie's disease, elephantiasis may cause this. You would need to see a doctor
if you're very concerned, but curved penises are within the range of normal and should be perfectly fine
for sex for both partners. If a mild curve does not get better within 18 months, verapamil cream or injections
may be helpful. In the case of an extreme curve, painful intercourse, or if there is the potential for
impotence, surgical correction of the curve may be necessary. Regards.
