my period starts on 26 august and its ended up on 29 august.On 1st august we had an unprotected sex.So is there any chance for me to be pregnant???if not then what should i do for becoming a mother??? i am 22 years old.and we are married for last 4 years.

You need not take the test if this is the case. A urine pregnancy test at home would only help a week after you have missed your periods. The best time to get pregnant is when you are ovulating. Ovulation is on the fourteenth to sixteenth days of your cycle if you have a normal twenty-eight day cycle . Another way to find out whether you are ovulating - the basal temperature will go up about one half to one and one half degrees when you ovulate. Or you can get an ovulation kit - which will tell you exactly when you are ovulating. An ultrasound examination by your OBG specialist could also tell you your ovulation dates. Regards.
