no period, neg test results

	hi, im abit confused and i know this is gonna sound so stupid i last took my period on 25th feb then on 18th mar me and bf were fooling around with each other but did not have intercourse, however my period still hasnt come and ive been havin light cramps in my stomach but no pregant also headaches but i do suffer from headaches so i asummed this was normal n i feel wrecked and have been peeing frequently which is also normal for me so i took a test today and it neg, Firstly can i get pregant this way if it was only hand contact and secondly if so y is it comin back neg?

If there was no actual intercourse or presence of semen in your vaginal tract, pregnancy is ruled out. Other causes of absence of pregnancy include stress, hormonal imbalance, illness, certain medications or contraceptive use.
