	Answer by Dr. Rajgopal, MBBS (doctor) on Sun 16, Aug 2009 07:43pm: Hi, Since you already had your periods , it is very difficult to delay the ovulation if it is scheduled in time for you i.e on the 14th day from the start of the menstrual cycle . But just like irregular menstrual cycle , ovulation may also be irregular for you . The cause of this could be the ovarian cysts . Please consult your gynaecologist and consider surgical removal of cysts before planning the pregnancy otherwise there may be complications during pregnancy due to the cysts . Hope this helps you .
