The only thing necessary to get pregnant is that his sperms should enter your vagina and neither the woman nor the man has to have an orgasm for sperm to enter the vagina and for you to get pregnant. Even men can emit sperms without having full orgasm. You can get pregnant without him having an orgasm because he can ejaculate sperms into your vagina even before he has an orgasm (pre-ejaculate or pre-come or precum).
