pregnant with hernia

	im 4 months pregnant and i just find out that i have hernia is this a high risk to my pregnacy do i need to be concern?

The usual treatment for hernias during pregnancy is to prevent the size of hernia from getting worse. This is usually caused by excessive exertion.So try avoiding lifting weights,constipation and coughing.Eat a fibre rich diet to avoid constipation.
