	im 4 months pregnant and i just find out that i have hernia is this a high risk to my pregnacy do i need to be concern?

	Answer by Dr Bhupinder K, MD (doctor) on Wed 29, Jul 2009 11:27pm: Hello, If the hernia is not posing any problem to you or your baby then the hernia surgery should be scheduled for after delivery. The usual treatment for hernias during pregnancy is to prevent the size of hernia from getting worse. This is usually caused by excessive exertion.So try avoiding lifting weights,constipation and coughing.Eat a fibre rich diet to avoid constipation.
