Hello, For married couples, there are many method of contraception available like barrier methods of contraception like condoms, diaphragm, vaginal sponge, oral contraceptive pills, intrauterine devices, norplant, vaginal contraceptive rings and injectable hormonal contraceptives. The best one can be decided only after a thorugh counseling and examination of both partners. If convenient condoms are the best because it prevents from sexually transmitted diseases also. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and regards.
