An ectopic pregnancy occurs when the baby starts to develop outside the uterus such as in the fallopian tube
or ovary, etc. Sometimes most ectopic pregnancies occur 2-3 years after tubal sterilization.( ref:

Symptoms of ectopic pregnancy include abnormal vaginal bleeding, low back pain, cramping or pain in the lower
abdomen or pelvic area. Have this evaluated further by your gynecologist for proper management and to avoid
rupture or bleeding which may lead to shock. A complete physical and pelvic examination and several tests,
including pregnancy test, ultrasound and quantitative HCG blood test will help determine the diagnosis.
