trying to get pregnant after 2 abortions 9-10 years apart? and when am i suppose to ovulate being on a 26 day cycle

	my name is melissa and i have a very important question ......back in 97-98 i had an abortion then in 2001 i gave birth to a baby boy ....umm in 2005 i had thyroid cancer and had to have my thyroid removed then in 2006 i had another abortion ...which i am ashamed of ..my boyfriend and i are trying to conceive a baby and we are having trouble doing so ...could you please tell me if this would have anything to do with the 2 abortions i had .....and second question is i am normally on a 26 day cycle but sometimes i get it 2-3 days early is this anything to worry able .....and since i am normally on a 26 day when do i or should i ovulate

It is important to know if your thyroid levels are in the normal range or not because abnormal thyroid levels can result in abortion. Since you have had successful pregnancy once, you can have it again in all probability keeping in mind the fact that you eat healthy and are in good physical shape. Women with 28 day cycle ovulate on day 14 counting from the first day of menstrual period. Since you have a 26 day cycle you would ovulate on Day 12. Hope this answers your question. I had two abortions back in 2001 and have since then been in two long term relationships and couldn't conceive with either of them,I've had four beautiful children before and got pregnant with no problems but its now been 10yrs and im wondering if it had something to do with the abortions and if it's too late or if I can get it fixed.
