whats causing my swollen stomach?

	This may be a bit of a silly question but am I pregnant? I used contraception (condoms) I'm not even sure if he ejaculated and I've been getting regular periods for the 5 months since I last had sex. But my stomach had swollen and it really looks as if I'm pregnant. I was also recently in a car crash and I've been given 500mg of co-codamol and 50mg of diclofenac sodium enteric coated tablets for the pain. Could this have anything to do with it? the crash was a week ago I'm still taking the medication.

Aside from pregnancy, this could also be due to abdominal bloating which can be caused by excessive gas or as side effect of some medications.
